I offer a specialist training for over 65’s, people living in aged care facilities and those living with a disability.

Aged Care

From nutrition advice, rehabilitation exercises to general motivation. Most individuals over 65 require different levels, types and frequency of exercise to maintain a healthy weight and strong core. Strong core muscles help minimise falls and injuries, decrease recovery times as well as assisting in everyday movement. Regular exercise is also healthy for the mind.

Consultation Prices – one on one (in home)

In home consultations are provided on a quote by quote basis and are only available to clients who already train with Lifestyle & Fitness Personal Training. In home consultations are designed to offer you with a private evaluation of your current health. This in-depth and complete Lifestyle & Fitness program is designed to look at all aspects of your lifestyle to help you achieve your goals sooner. It can include in-home assistance with food tips and cooking.

Other areas that I can assist with include food preparation, shopping education and daily exercise routines.
