My name is Angeline Briggs, and I recognise that every client is an individual. I know that every client requires a personalised program to achieve their health and fitness goals. I focus on helping you achieve a healthy Mind and Body with advice and training programs that suit you. Feel Rejuvenated, Feel more Confident and enjoy a greater sense of Wellbeing.

Personal Training is not just about having someone with you. It is about having someone guide you through your entire health and fitness development, which includes; physically training you inside the fitness center as well as helping and encouraging you with life outside of the fitness center (including lifestyle, healthy choices and support).

Personal Training with Lifestyle & Fitness operates from FNM Gym — 5/85 Michael Ave, Morayfield (Fitness n Motion). Here, you will find an active and inspiring setting allowing you to focus on one thing; YOUR RESULTS. The premises caters for everyone. Showers and toilets, including disabled access facilities, are available for all Lifestyle & Fitness customers. The Morayfield fitness center is fully air conditioned with a waiting room for clients. Kids are welcome too!

Kids are welcome too! Kids Kingdom” is available for a small fee. Hours are Mon-Fri 8am-12pm and Sat 8am-11am.

I also offer Personalised Training sessions at your home, outdoors, school or place of business. Programs are created to suit and are a great way to encourage a healthier lifestyle with the added convenience of my travelling to you.

With Lifestyle & Fitness, you’ll notice a wide range of training disciplines and methods, integrated to ensure that your interest level is high and your body is always being challenged. Following your initial Physical Analysis session, I will develop a personalised plan for you. Your training plan is designed to be progressive and challenging. It will take you through all facets of fitness development, making sure that you are not just leaner, but also stronger, more flexible, more stable and agile. I customise your training plan to suit your abilities, your age, any medical conditions as well as your progress during our time together.
